AJC-Tai Chi is part of a network of Tai Chi Instructors & clubs, called the Five Elements & Seven Pillars,

based around London, Kent and surrey.

All instructors are CRB/DBS checked, first aid trained and insured.

Workshops
The Instructors get together for joint workshops at regular intervals.

These joint workshops are great events for meeting people from other classes and exchanging knowledge.

It also provides an opportunity to learn new skills.

 

Each Instructor often runs their own workshops at their local class locations or nearby.
